In the mid-1970s disco era through the 1980s New Wave movement, the 911 Turbo (930) was the ultimate of cool for me as a kid. Picture cruising down Ventura Blvd, surrounded by neon lights, with a high-tech yet crappy 8-track cassette tape blaring, and perhaps even sniffing a bit of coke.
